Nick joined The Mav Group as a Senior Executive Recruiter, bringing over 18 years of experience recruiting and advising senior leaders across industries undergoing large-scale transformation. In his role, Nick partners with executive leadership teams to identify and place Director-level and C-suite talent, helping organizations build leadership teams that drive growth, innovation, and scale.
Before joining The Mav Group, Nick was Principal Executive Recruiter at General Motors, where he focused on attracting top executive talent to support GM’s technology and mobility transformation. He also held senior recruiting and leadership roles at Ford Motor Company and Publicis Sapient, recruiting globally for Vice President-level and above roles and leading distributed teams across North America. Nick holds a bachelor’s degree in Marketing and Sales from Grand Valley State University.

Outside of work, Nick is a proud husband to his wife, Kristen, and father to two energetic boys, Elijah and Evan. He enjoys following the Detroit Lions, traveling, trying great food, and Fowling—and brings the same curiosity and energy to his personal life that he brings to his work.
