With more than 20 years of experience spanning leadership development, organizational effectiveness, and nonprofit administration, Gretchen brings a rare blend of strategic insight and people acumen to everything she does. She partners with leaders across the globe, from emerging professionals to C-suite executives, challenging and empowering them to create sustainable, values-driven impact.
Gretchen is an executive coach trained through Georgetown University’s Institute for Transformational Leadership, a Gallup-Certified Strengths Coach, and certified in both Community Leadership Practice and the Leadership Circle Profile. She holds a master’s degree in social work from Western Michigan University and is licensed in both clinical and macro practices. She has also taught human and organizational behavior as an adjunct professor at Western Michigan University, grounding her work in both research and real-world application.
