Anna Fawley

Executive Recruiter

Anna has spent the last ten years recruiting across the healthcare world—from home health and hospice to helping build a centralized Talent Acquisition function at the University of Michigan Hospital. A GVSU grad with a degree in Health Communication, she thrives on connecting with people and helping them find meaningful places to use their gifts.

Guardians are usually unselfish and approachable, with a focus on work that requires skill and great attention to detail. They’re thoughtful, steady, and reliable. Things don’t accidentally fall through the cracks in a Guardian’s world—they like structure and precision, and tend to be perfectionists.

Before returning to Michigan, Anna spent a year living on the small Caribbean island of Grenada, accompanying her husband during a chapter of his medical education—an experience that deepened her love of travel, community, and finding beauty in unexpected places.

When she’s not connecting with candidates, you’ll find her leaning fully into her creative side with interior decorating, estate-sale treasure-hunting, or baking something impressive (she took an honest-to-goodness pastry course during COVID and has the dessert experiments to prove it). She’s always up for a long walk, a bike ride, a hike, or an impromptu road trip—preferably with family and close friends.

A big believer in life’s little joys, she appreciates luxury bedding, strong coffee, and delightfully bad movies. She’s returned to Grand Rapids yet again with her husband and their rescue Frenchie, Piggy Banks—who is positive he runs the show.
