Development Director

On behalf of our client, Detroit Regional Dollars for Scholars (DRDFS), we are conducting a search for a strategic, results-driven Development Director to lead and grow the organization’s fundraising efforts in partnership with the Executive Director and Board of Directors. This role is responsible for the overall direction, execution, and performance of DRDFS’s fundraising strategy and serves as a key member of the organization’s leadership team.

Managing Director: Talent Network

The Samaritas Talent Network prepares participants for employment, matches them with employer partners, supports retention, and helps them advance into stable, higher-wage career pathways. The Managing Director, Talent Network will lead the launch and growth of an emerging workforce participation enterprise within Samaritas. This is a builder role for an entrepreneurial leader who can translate a proven model into a scalable, revenue-generating business—developing the market strategy, building employer and funding partnerships, creating sustainable revenue streams, refining the service model, and building the team and infrastructure needed for growth. Over time, this role has the potential to help shape the Talent Network into a broader enterprise within Samaritas.

President & CEO

The Food Bank Council of Michigan (FBCM) is seeking a President & Chief Executive Officer to advance its mission through strategic leadership, operational oversight, and external influence. Reporting to the Board of Directors, the CEO serves as the primary link between the Board and the organization, ensuring FBCM effectively supports Michigan’s unified food bank network while engaging public, private, and nonprofit partners to strengthen systems that reduce food insecurity. The CEO leads at both the organizational and systems level, aligning advocacy, resource management, and collaboration to advance a food-secure Michigan.
