Angela Burke

Recruiting and team building have been part of Angela’s life since the 2nd grade, when she was convinced her parents were going to purchase a restaurant and held interviews for her entire class to be employees. Ever since, she’s worked to recruit and build teams in both nonprofit and for-profit companies and organizations she believes in.

Our History
With a vision of building real relationships and driving real results, Shelley Crooks founded Palladian West in 2011. Her passion for connection was at the heart of Palladian West, and that has continued to propel us forward.
In 2019, Palladian West restructured and expanded its focus to include the furniture and design, nonprofit, and healthcare industries. Through a thoughtful acquisition, Angela Burke became the new Owner and CEO, carrying forward the same people-first philosophy and trusted partnerships that defined our success.
In 2025, Palladian West became The Mav Group, marking an exciting new chapter with a new name, a fresh look, and expanded services. Building on our strong foundation, Executive Coaching was added, helping leaders unlock their greatest impact—with greater ease. This growth reflects who we’ve always been: a team committed to helping organizations thrive by helping people thrive.
